Job Description

We're looking for an Airport Services Agent in Washington, D.C. right now (IAD).

You will assist the operation by offering five-star service to clients at the airport terminal and assisting in the creation of a pleasant airport environment for passengers. You'll make sure that quality service and safety regulations and security requirements are followed.

Among the specific responsibilities are:

  • Coordinating with check-in, transfer desk, and other associated areas to ensure that passengers are accepted smoothly.
  • Accompanying and escorting arriving and outgoing passengers to the appropriate locations, such as the hotel desk, visa counter, transfer desk, luxury lounges, and boarding gates
  • Assisting the Duty Officer with company documents and supplies
  • Working with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) to ensure that hotel and transfer passengers are processed quickly.
  • Ensuring that travelers are well-served throughout the airport.
  • Performing other related activities in order to ensure the work unit's efficient and effective operation
  • Supervising GHA workers on all flights to ensure Qatar Airways' service quality requirements are met.
  • Setting up check-in counters and coordinating paperwork difficulties

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience relevant to the job. Experience with a major airline's airport operations is a plus.
  • To perform successfully in this high-pressured and demanding atmosphere, you'll need a lot of energy and a good mindset.
  • Computer literacy is very high.
  • Outstanding client service and emphasis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of belonging to a team
  • The ability to work shifts is required.

You must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this post.
