Job Description

The Clinical solutions Manager is responsible for supporting the develop of navi Health’s clinical portfolio. This role will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Solutions and Solutions teams with the evolution of the enterprise’s clinical portfolio by identifying, evaluating, implementing, and scaling clinical programs to expand navi Health’s clinical strategic initiatives. This individual will assist in accelerating progress of new, emerging, and promising practices to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of clinical workflows across the healthcare continuum. The Manager will participate in collaborative projects to broaden navi Health’s portfolio and help take them to scale.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute clinical innovation and improvement initiatives
  • Provide clinical perspective to advance naviHealth growth priorities
  • Manage relationships with vendors/partners to align objectives and maximize outcomes
  • Collaborate with Solutions team, clinical leadership, data/analytics team, business operators and other function to identify, build, and support innovative solutions that align with nH priorities 
  • Identify new projects, partners, and opportunities to maximize mission impact and drive alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of robust project performance metrics in collaboration with the Solutions team
  • Ensure project goals and deliverables are met with timeliness and accountability 
  • Field clinical escalations from non-clinical Solutions staff or other Solutions innovations
  • Foster a culture of clinical innovation, continuous improvement, and creativity, to enable naviHealth to respond to the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and changing priorities
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned or requested

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active clinical licensure as RN or MSW
  • Experience leading change management and performance improvement within healthcare organizations
  • Deep understanding of diverse cultures, communities and upstream social determinants of health
  • Proficient in clinical quality measurement
  • Program development, performance improvement, and management skills
  • Demonstrable independent entrepreneurial research and/or development accomplishments in relevant areas of clinical improvement and/or innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced clinical or other health related degree
  • Ability to question intelligently, debate constructively, and decide dispassionately
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand social, financial, and political issues impacting healthcare at the state and federal level
  • Ability and desire to think creatively, innovatively, and strategically, and act tactically
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in times of significant change
