#WeAreCisco, where each person is different, but we bring our skills to work as a team and make a difference enabling an inclusive future.

We embrace digital, and help our customers make a difference in their digital businesses. Some may think we are "old" (36 years strong) and not only about hardware, but also a software company. With a security company. We even established a network that is flexible, predictable, learning and protecting. No other company can do what we do - you can't put it in a box!

But "Digital Transformation" is a non-cultural expression that allows for innovation, art, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)

Every day, we focus on giving and taking. We give our best, relax our self-esteem, and dedicate ourselves (because restitution is built on our DNA.) We take responsibility, brave action, and make a difference in the heart. Because without diversity of ideas and a commitment to equality for all, there is no progress.

So, do you have colorful hair? Don't worry. Tattoos? Show your ink. Like polka dots? That's good. Pop culture hero? Many of us are. Interest in technology and global change? Be you, too!
