Job Description
Delta’s Global Mobility team is responsible for maintaining and administering all relocation and international assignment policies and providing high touch service and support to employees
using these programs. As a Domestic Relocation Sr Analyst, you will support Delta’s domestic
relocation program by working directly with employees to manage their relocation process end to end.
This includes communicating policy benefits and initiating services, maintaining relocation and financial records, reviewing and approving relocation expenses and partnering with payroll to ensure
all expenses are paid timely and accurately.  

This position will have significant interaction with third party service providers as well as cross-divisional internal partners (HRBP’s, payroll, pass travel). 

Responsibilities:
  • Domestic Relocation Program and Partnership Management
  • Provides subject matter expertise to HR and Leadership
  • Communication to and education of Managers and Employees regarding domestic relocation strategy, policy, process, and procedures
  • Partnering with functional teams to ensure the success of the domestic relocation program, such as Payroll, Pass Travel, HRBP’s
  • Responsible contact person for managers, program/project managers, assignees, HR to consult on domestic relocation related questions.
  • Escalates exceptions for non-standard cases, giving feedback for the relocation policy and ongoing process improvements.
  • Tracking and reporting exceptions
  • Maintaining data tracker
  • Monitoring common mailbox and escalating situations as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management or in related field of study or equivalent experience is required.  
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of HR experience; preferably within relocation
  • Superior communication and customer service skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven relationship management skills, and the ability to work with Managers and Employees at all levels
  • Excellent organization, work planning and decision-making skills
  • Ability to balance the needs of the Business and the Employees, while adhering to relocation policies and procedures 
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills (written presentation of both technical and analytical work)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple competing demands and projects, and prioritize requests effectively
  • Knowledge of HR processes, systems, policies and procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential information and issues efficiently and discretely
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
