Job Description
Synopsis
To support Etihad Airways by designating concepts and visuals of airport lounges, offices, local and international airport offices, airport physical branding/signage, physical branding for EY properties, events design, exhibitions & semi-permanent displays/installations and new product designs.

Accountabilities
- Working with clients to determine the design requirements
- Develop creative concept designs in coordination with marketing team to ensure alignment with national and international market trends
- Brainstorming ideas and creating sketch to present it
- Research the various ways a particular product might be used, and who will use it
- Design exhibition stand, office spaces and airport lounges
- Designing spaces with the needs and wants of a specific audience in mind
- Sketch out ideas or create renderings, which are images on paper or on a computer that provide a visual of design ideas
- Collaborating with colleagues and suppliers
- Ability to use 3D max – Vray or corona rendering, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign to develop virtual models of different designs
- Ability to present designs to client for approval and discuss feedback
- Generate and create Specification /Bill of quantities (BOQ) documents the selected design for production
- Flexible to travel to supervise the production progress

- Minimum of 5 years as industrial design or relevant
- Diploma in Industrial design, architecture or a related discipline
- Analytical thinker who is energized by solving problems through design
- Creativity and Artistic ability
- Computer skills – Microsoft word and PowerPoint – Basic to medium
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamwork
- Work under pressure
- Fluent English
