Position Summary:

This position is responsible for evaluating customer profiles, identifying deficiencies/inefficiencies, and supporting the day to day Airbus Americas Customer Support team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Records Project:
  • Reading and understanding of incoming orders to enable translation into the system, SAP;
  • Validation of incoming orders, including validation of the incoming contract and Purchase Order;
  • Creation of Sales Orders in the SAP system;
  • Launching of the intercompany Sales Order;
  • Generating Down Payment Requests;
  • Archiving of completed Agreements;
  • Recording intercompany invoices;
  • Issuance of Invoices for services delivered;
  • Follow up with Finance to insure Down Payments are properly applied to follow on invoices;
  • Creation / update of Credit Terms Letters (change of credit limits);
  • Issuance of Customer Statements of account;
  • Issuance of duplicate invoices as needed;
  • Research of previous payments and payment applications to alleviate debt issues;
  • Working with Credit Managers to investigate invoice disputes/discrepancies and resolve customer concerns;
  • Generation of reports, and general follow up with internal suppliers to resolve issues.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who enter our facility
  • Assist administration team with customer service oriented tasks when asked.

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

Education:

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Current college student enrolled part-time or Full-time at accredited 4 year or 2 year institution

Preferred:

  • College credits in accredited business, education, and/or media program of study
