The AI Factory Services Section's Data Environment Services section is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Technical Specialist I / IaC Engineer to join the team. We're seeking for someone to assist us in designing and implementing new AI capabilities.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent solutions for Mayo Clinic's AI projects. We work in a highly collaborative atmosphere. Individuals with a solid background in IaC and cloud engineering, particularly in the AI/ML domain, are in high demand.

Skills or Experience Required:
  • Proficiency with Terraform Proficiency with Python
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud storage platforms Git and Azure DevOps Proficiency with Ansible
  • Knowledge of computer networks in general
  • Exceptional at collaborating in a team setting to achieve objectives
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related subject is required.
  • TensorFlow Extended Google Cloud Platform BigQuery, Firestore, CloudSQL Cloud Dataflow are preferred skills or experience.
  • Working in academia, on research initiatives, and/or educating others is a plus.
  • It is possible that you will be expected to give phone support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience, including three years of demonstrated technical experience and one year of demonstrated leadership experience are required.
  • Alternatively, an associate's degree and 9 years of experience, with 3 years of shown technical experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience are required.
  • Allowance to work and stay in the United States without the need for Mayo Clinic sponsorship now or in the future (for example, be a U.S. Citizen, national, or permanent resident, refugee, or asylee). Mayo Clinic is also not a member of the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.

Compensation Specifics
When employment offers are issued, the required degree, experience, and tenure may be taken into account, as well as internal equality. Based on a full-time position, the income range is around $3,670-$5,138 every two weeks.
