Responsibilities

• Dedicated Fleet Logistics Solution Design – Use data and summary information to design dedicated fleets solutions for 3rd-Party Logistics Customers.  This includes the use of analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, PC-Miler, Other GIS/Mapping tools & route design using Appian Direct Route and Resource Pro.
•  Development of solution budgets based on logistics solution design, various cost inputs and required pricing formats.
•   Review customer RFPs to fully identify customer requirements and identify missing and/or incomplete information to generate questions.

 Qualifications 

• First-Class MS-Excel skills including, but not limited to:  VLookups, Index/Match usage, Pivot tables, conditional formulas, text parsing & formatting
• Solid understanding of accounting and pricing concepts.
• Familiarity with the North American Full-Truckload transportation industry including operating concepts and regulations
•    Demonstrated experience in presenting analysis to customers and Sr. Executives
• Demonstrated experience delivering results under short deadlines

Qualifications – Preferred

•  Experience in using route design tools, preferably Appian Direct Route, or Paragon, Descartes, Paradox, Mercurygate Mojo, Blue Yonder (JDA) Transportation Optimize
• Experience working in a Logistics Engineering role at a 3rd-Party Logistics Provider supporting the dedicated fleet service offering 

Education

•   Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, willing to consider relevant experience in lieu of specific education major.
