The Nestlé Bakery Sweets division is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Seasonal, who will be in charge of the seasonal marketing and business team.

The Sr. Manager Seasonal, Bakery Sweets Brand Marketing is in charge of driving brand success for our Bakery Sweets brand portfolio during the critical Seasonal time window, as well as developing and exploiting unique seasonal first consumer insights. This position is responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of the bakery sweets seasonal consumer in order to develop compelling business strategy. In partnership with sales, operations, product development, and finance, this function also develops the Seasonal Limited Time Offering SKU innovation and renovation strategy and achieves profitable long-term growth. This position is in charge of developing a seasonal annual plan that is in line with the 3-year plan, as well as aligning and articulating company strategies and tactics to meet annual and long-term objectives. Through great seasonal strategy and implementation, year-round insight mining, strategic planning, continual improvement, and faultless execution will offer best-in-class results.

Two direct reports, the Bakery Sweets Display Manager and Seasonal Marketing Associate, report to the Senior Manager Seasonal, who directs, coaches, and develops them.


The following are the primary responsibilities:

  • Planning
  • Merchandising in the Retail Industry Activation of the Display
  • Putting Seasonal Insights into Practice
  • Innovation & Renovation of Seasonal SKUs
  • Management of Talent

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
  • A marketing MBA or master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • It is necessary to have prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience is necessary.
  • It is necessary to have prior experience building strategic business plans and commercialization strategies.
  • Experience running core commercial operations is necessary, as well as a demonstrated ability to understand and transform consumption data into accurate forecasts and use it to design and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Experience generating insights from data and trends to understand business behavior is necessary.
  • Experience working in a seasonal business is advantageous.
  • It is preferred that you have prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • It is strongly recommended that you have experience in two or more of these areas: Consumer Marketing, Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Category, and Supply Chain.
