The Operations Strategy Team is building an organization with end-to-end strategic and project management capabilities to assist operating units with improving processes and ways of working for more efficient operations. The team is seeking a Program Manager to lead projects devoted to improving performance and coordinating cross-divisional teams. In this position you will identify strategic levers to design processes that are sustainable and result in significant system level performance improvements. You will be expected to calibrate system level priorities while recognizing interdependencies across teams. The right candidate will have proven experience managing projects, be comfortable working through ambiguity, and can manage conflicting interests towards a common goal. The role will partner with OAP and ODS teams to drive insights and align projects and goals to impact operational KPIs

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with senior management to identify, define, and plan for the most essential operational opportunities and challenges
• Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team members 
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and common expectation of the deliverables 
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to engage team members, clients, and stakeholders to communicate business expectations to the technical experts to facilitate desired outcomes 
• Distill information, synthesize ambiguous problems, and create structured analysis to form a cohesive story for leaders across the organization
• Apply different techniques to facilitate meetings and workshops, creating a shared understanding of timelines and scope with stakeholders, and engage team-members 
• Help define, accelerate, track, and monitor key cross functional initiatives and results while reporting on performance measures and effectiveness of implemented strategies, including creating project plans and tracking milestones across projects to keep roadmaps progressing on schedule 
• Understand dependencies between projects and critical paths for development to support flexible business objectives 
• Drive adoption and change management through close collaboration with operations teams 
• Foster a culture of open/honest communication, transparency, and accountability
