Evaluation, monitoring and updating of the aircraft (aircraft) construction status in complex databases, as well as the creation and updating of aircraft documentation (e.g. life cycle files) for repair and modification programs.

Ongoing qualification for the control master function + ACoC function + L-file function

  accept the presented parts as a customer representative (control master).

Creation of ACoC

 Creation and approval of the documentation required to demonstrate road safety

Coordinating and coordinating aircraft documentation with internal and external bodies (e.g. air force associations, clients, order management, QA).

On this basis, support in negotiating the scope of the assignment with the customer representative, depending on the basic assignment, the idle time and the intended state of dismantling of the aircraft, taking into account the requirements of aviation law as a specification for work planning.

Support in creating the documents required for processing the aircraft in the MRO on the basis of the evaluation of the aircraft documentation.

Design and optimization of internal work processes for aircraft documentation. Planning and monitoring of the timely compilation of the documentation. Ensuring the completeness of the content with regard to the contractual requirements.

Clarification of deviations with the supplying departments and with the customer.

Creation and aviation law release of the aircraft-specific delivery documentation based on the state of construction by evaluating the actual data, as well as analyzing and comparing with the commissioning target. Representing Airbus interests vis-à-vis customers (government agencies, air force associations) and suppliers.
