Job Description

Provides administrative support to the branch and team sales and service objectives in order to provide an exceptional customer experience. Collaborates with coworkers and business partners within the branch.

  • On behalf of various Investment Advisors, coordinates marketing initiatives. Expands the branch's and team's commercial growth potential through telemarketing and outbound calls as needed.
  • Reviewing reports, following up on client enquiries, and account maintenance are examples of sales and service activities.
  • Takes orders over the phone or in person and processes them.
  • In order to meet client needs and team members' expectations, provides proactive and professional help to team members.
  • Provides insights and recommendations by analyzing data and information.
  • Data is collected and formatted for regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Prepares and examines Calling lists for clients and prospects
  • Keeps track of and organizes client information.
  • Deliver service to the team's clients in order to meet or exceed client needs (e.g., generating and keeping client paperwork, administering and maintaining client account files, preparing photocopies, documents, and presentations).
  • Ensures that the Bank's assets are safeguarded and that all regulatory, legal, and ethical obligations are met.
  • Completes a variety of complex and varied tasks while adhering to established norms and constraints.
  • Analyzes problems and chooses the best course of action; escalates as needed.

Qualification

  • Strong understanding of the sales administration manual's administrative processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of proprietary goods and services, as well as the offers of fund companies.
  • Understanding of the norms of compliance (proprietary and industry).
  • Good understanding of the financial planning and investing industry's technological applications and software.
  • Understanding of the regulations governing trade processing
