The Sales Enablement Leader is a marketing and communications team leader that is responsible for developing and managing a sales toolkit that includes strategic go-to-market messages, artifacts, and material. This job contributes to new business and revenue growth by collaborating closely with the sales team on prospecting and strategic deal support, as well as managing the proposal team. This individual will work with stakeholders across the company to organize sales content needs and customizations, as well as support the sales toolkit and enablement process's continual improvement. You'll also concentrate on improving existing client retention methods, such as communication programs and client renewal assistance.

The position demands someone who can successfully interact with a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing, solve problems, prioritize, multi-task, and create and maintain strong connections with our sales team and subject matter experts across the firm.

In a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere, the successful candidate will be able to be creative, take initiative, and be well-organized, as well as handle many projects and changing priorities.


Summary of the Position

  • To position bswift in a competitive marketplace, engage key audiences, and manage long-term revenue growth, you will support Direct and Channel Partner Sales Activities. You will report to the Marketing and Communications Lead Director.
  • You're a visionary who can do market research and analysis to develop and implement differentiated go-to-market strategies. You can communicate with a variety of audiences, including new and existing clients, influencers such as third-party consultants, and team members, by distilling critical selling points in a concise manner across numerous platforms.
  • We're searching for a master storyteller with a dynamic personality who can work together with marketing strategists, designers, specialists, and other creative team members to create brand experiences that engage and drive clients to take action.
  • You'll need the knowledge and clout to work across the organization to put in place plans that are effective, relevant, and quantifiable.
  • High-value content and sales enablement tools, such as core sales decks, artifacts, and differentiated collateral, competitive intelligence briefings, and strategy suggestions to business stakeholders, are among the deliverables.

You will directly contribute to the development of sales enablement materials such as:

  • Custom content and collateral for B2B sales campaigns
  • Sales enablement tools
  • Demand-generation campaign materials
  • Communication campaign materials

Qualifications Required

  • 5+ years of sales enablement or marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of sales management experience
  • Experience in B2B communications, journalism, marketing, or corporate communications
  • Experience developing content in the healthcare, financial, technical, or other complex industry is required
  • Minimal travel may be required for sales and team meetings

Qualifications that are preferred

  • Copywriting and editing skills, as well as the ability to adhere to company style guidelines
  • Experience with public speaking, sales presentations, or selling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint software
  • A bachelor's degree or similar work experience is required.
