The Sales Enablement Leader is a marketing and communications team leader that is responsible for developing and managing a sales toolkit that includes strategic go-to-market messages, artifacts, and material. This job contributes to new business and revenue growth by collaborating closely with the sales team on prospecting and strategic deal support, as well as managing the proposal team. This individual will work with stakeholders across the company to organize sales content needs and customizations, as well as support the sales toolkit and enablement process's continual improvement. You'll also concentrate on improving existing client retention methods, such as communication programs and client renewal assistance.
The position demands someone who can successfully interact with a variety of audiences both verbally and in writing, solve problems, prioritize, multi-task, and create and maintain strong connections with our sales team and subject matter experts across the firm.
In a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere, the successful candidate will be able to be creative, take initiative, and be well-organized, as well as handle many projects and changing priorities.
