Job Description

Position Overview:

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:


Reporting to a Senior Director, lead on executive protection across the enterprise
Create and develop an holistic executive protection program that leverages the entire range of resources available to global security, is based on dynamically assessed risk to principals and utilizes expertise across the business within global security  
Develop, organize, and direct security coverage and plans for executive leadership team, senior executives and any other associates assessed as being at high risk
Perform security assessments at residences of senior executives and make appropriate recommendations
Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate physical, technical, or cyber security counter-measures
Facilitate and where necessary undertake close protection security related functions for VIP
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with US domestic and international law enforcement, security and intelligence agencies
Undertake other corporate security duties as required by the Chief Security Officer

Education Requirements:


Requires a University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience
Requires 5-7 years of prior relevant experience
Related Work Experience:

Extensive executive protection experience and demonstrable knowledge preferably within both law enforcement and corporate security
The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate and execute complex projects
Networked relationship management with key Corporate Functions, Operating Units, Global Ventures and government law enforcement, security and intelligence agencies
Demonstrates growth behaviors of Curiosity, Smart Risk taking, understanding implications of work, high standards, agility and empowerment

Functional Skills:


Executive protection and protective intelligence skills and knowledge
Be able to apply investigative procedures and skills to a corporate environment
Demonstrate understanding of enterprise-wide holistic asset protection strategies
Proven experience in incident and crisis management
Demonstrate understand of principles of business continuity
