Job Description

The Forklift Storekeeper position optimizes the handling and storage of ingredients and finished products in order to deliver to customers on time and allow production teams to produce on time and in accordance with company procedures.

Main activities:

  •  Receive the goods (ingredients, packaging, etc.) by checking the conformity of the delivery with the delivery slip.
  • - On reception, organize the storage of raw materials, packaging, etc., optimizing the arrangement inside the storage areas
  • - Take samples at reception according to the sampling plan
  • - Manage the flow of raw materials and finished products using a forklift and radio frequency.
  • - Organize shipments or loads according to a load
  • Prepare orders and ship finished products, carrying out all the controls (labeling, etc.) enacted by the company's quality standards and safety rules Follow the state of stocks in depth (valued quantitative monitoring, preparation of analytical elements on stocks) by making all the necessary data entries Monitor non-compliant stocks (identification, ensure the NA, segregation and labeling, obliteration and destruction if necessary)
  • Prepare orders and ship finished products, carrying out all the controls (labeling, etc.) enacted by the company's quality standards and safety rules
  •  Follow the state of stocks in depth (valued quantitative monitoring, preparation of analytical elements on stocks) by making all the necessary data entries
  • Monitor non-compliant stocks (identification, ensure the NA, segregation and labeling, obliteration and destruction if necessary)
  •  Optimize the space in the warehouse according to needs - Ensure routine maintenance of the lift truck (batteries) and cleaning of work areas - Carry out periodic inventories according to a class plan (ABC) - Ensure RF labeling - Enter in the Information System the data relating to its activity (quality control results, transfer order, confirmation of stock location, etc.) - Ensure that the workspace respects the site's safety and GMP rules.
  •  Optimize the space in the warehouse according to needs

 Conditions of employment:

  • Day or posted 2 * 8 or 3X8, depending on the activity
  • little or no exterior movement.
  • Carrying loads less than or equal to 25 kg.
  • Movements in the store.
  • Work in a controlled temperature zone (8 ° C zone and -18 ° C zone)

 Job profile:

  • Training: CAP to BAC of logistics / transport type - CACES 3 permit
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in an industrial or logistics environment.
