Designing conceptual models, contracting, initiative planning, business results, and ongoing client relationship management and satisfaction for smaller to moderate scale and complexity high value initiatives and parts of larger initiatives that impact product and service delivery to the internal and external environment.
In support of initiatives, provide guidance and direction to external suppliers, external consultants, consulting team members, and/or matrixed workers as needed.
Client organizations are responsible for transferring information, best practices (external and internal), methodology, and tools.
Depending on resource constraints, you may be accountable for many initiatives as a team head and/or team member.
Develops and/or guides holistic solutions and/or major strategic plans. Proactively seeks out areas for improvement and, on their own, persuades corporate leaders to act or change their behavior through discussions and/or consultation, resulting in issue resolution.
Delivers engaging and succinct results to client groups, allowing them to make informed decisions about initiative prospects.
Conducts a rigorous business case and external customer value analysis to find the best selection, prioritized positioning, and approach for the most diverse set of potential solutions (eg. outsourcing, process improvements, technology solutions)
Conducts the client contracting process, establishes the most effective client relationship for results and deliveries, and maintains the relationship throughout the engagement.
For best results, fully incorporates baseline and metrics tracking into program planning and execution. Jointly responsible for the initiative's return on investment
